Dear tire around my waist: Its over i can longer be with you

So I know a lot of you are like " OMG you are soo skinny" "you dont need to lose weight" But Too me love handles and thighs that jiggle are not cute. And when i go from a size 3-4 to a siz 8-9 there is a problem, yes I had a baby but that is no excuse to just stop working out and eating right, no matter how it got there its still fat. Im not comfortable with my self so i am changing it. I am going to start to eat healthy do lots of cardio and abs and get my self back in shape. I have changed a lot since highschool and my biggest chang is how active I am or how active im not. I used to play softball Rotc and kept my body moving all the time, now I do nothing but sit and eat. No wonder I put on ten pounds. I plan to measure and weigh my self and I will keep you guys posted on my progress. Please help keep me motivated it will help a lot.

  1. Hey lady, I FOUND you!!! I am so glad to see you have this blog going...I will love keeping up with you.
