Daughty : /

As most of you know I recieved free tickets from my employer to go see Daughtry in Baltimore. We were stoked, had a baby sitter and looked foward to spending time with each other. We had to drop my sister and cousin off on the way there which wasnt a big deal, set us back about 30 min or so. We dropped them off and were on our way, lead by the directons of our GPS on my husbands phone. I had written the directions down just in case something happened with the gps. Well what do you know, about half way there the phone car charger broke and then the phone died. SO I said okay okay we have the directions I wrote down. One problem...the roads didnt exsist. Great now we are in the middle of Maryland and have NO clue wheere we are going.  Yes I have lived in Va my whole life but I have not been to Maryland but 3 or so times, and I wasnt driving. My Mitch has NEVER been to Maryland adn he has been to dc about 7 or so times. So i said just get on 95 N and get to baltimore, we go through the toll and ask the lady(who spoke barley any english,UGH another blog for another day) where to go, she said take exit 11b and stay to the right. WRONG, that took us no where near we needed to go. We stopped off twice to ask for directions. Even the people who lived there had no Idea where to go. On a quater tank of gas I was determined to find the palce that had caused us soooo much trouble. Oh this whole time we are looking for some place to buy a charger, but there were NO store or even a gas station til we got to the harbor. So we stop at a gas station and the clerk of course has no idea where to go(by the way it was about 5 miles from that gas station..idiot) But some drunk old lady said she new. As we are following her directions we pass a CVS, MItch runs in and buys a phone charger for a steal at 25 dollars. We plug it up and put in the address, we are TWO miles from this place.TWO freakin miles. It was already 930, two hours after the concert, so I said eff it lets go home. So a full tank of gas and 4 hours wasted, we go home and I never got to see Daughtry. Conclusion, NEVER in my life will i ever move to the city, 1. it is waaay to confusing and 2. apparently all the people that live there are DUMB and dont know how to get around.

Finally created a new one

Here we are with a new blog, havent had one since high school so I thought I would make a new one since a lot has changed. I am now a happily married woman to a United Stated Marine. We have been married almost 2 years  We have a wonderful baby boy, Andrew, who just turned one in Jan. He is the most amazing little stinker ever. I am a nanny of 2 great little boys, Alex and Nathan, one and three. I love my job and I love kids, but I aspire to be a RN one day. Preferably a Peds RN, that way it wraps everything I love to do into one big fulfilling job : ) I love smiley faces, summer rains, to write, the smell of tclothes in the dryer. I am secretly addicted to sunflower seeds(nacho cheese), beef jerkey and fresh salsa from Giant(so dont tell anyone). Summer is my favorite season and this year it couldnt come any faster. I am very sarcastic, very blunt and I have a tendency to talk before I think. Okay enough about me, This blog will mainly be about me and my struggles, and my everyday life ie: my son, husband, daycare kids. I am about to get a sewing machine and teach my self how to sew, I will most likely post thing I have made on here. Hold on tight and I hope you enjoy the ride. <3
